Location: Milan, Italy. Engagement: Full-time, On-site. Salary: 25,600 to 35,200 EUR gross annual base salary (RAL). Team: Sales.
What you'll do

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities specifically tailored for the European market.
Work closely with Account Executives throughout Europe to identify, prioritize, and engage with key strategic accounts.
Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Flexport's services through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Observe and learn from Account Executives during client meetings to enhance your consultative sales capabilities.
Engage in comprehensive internal training programs aimed at equipping you for future positions such as Account Executive or Account Manager.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system to ensure follow-up and tracking of leads.




Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Participate in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our sales approach and improve service offerings.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Flexport and expand your professional network.
Provide feedback to product and service teams based on customer interactions to help shape future offerings.
Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career trajectory within the company.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Previous experience in a commercial or sales role is preferred.
Proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
