We are looking for an experienced profile with proven track record in the HR and organizational consulting market, who will be responsible for the sales activities across the full Alixio Group Italy portfolio in the North of Italy.
Role Description
This is a self-employed engagement for a Key Account Manager covering the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area and Northern Italy. You will operate as an independent professional, coordinating with the National Sales Director on commercial objectives.
The Key Account Manager will build and own their client portfolio from the ground up, cross-selling the Group's full range of HR and organisational consulting services, developing and executing business plans, providing excellent customer service and analysing market trends to meet client needs. You will operate with full autonomy on your commercial strategy, with a compensation package built around results and an uncapped variable component. xysqume Day-to-day tasks include developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management practices.
