MissionAs a Technical Due Diligence & Finance Engineering Project Manager at RINA Consulting S.p.A., you will take a pivotal role in steering complex engineering projects from inception to completion. Your primary mission is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budgetary guidelines, all while fostering collaborative partnerships with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Your leadership will drive project excellence and contribute significantly to our commitment to quality and innovation in management consulting and sustainability.
Key AccountabilitiesProject Management
- - Design and implement detailed project plans that clearly define scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocations,



with an emphasis on aligning deliverables to strategic business outcomes.
- - Proactively monitor project progress and implement adaptive strategies to accommodate evolving client needs, schedules, and resource availability.
- - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to anticipate and address potential challenges and obstacles.

Client Interaction
- - Serve as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining transparent and effective communication to provide timely project statuses and respond to enquiries.
- - Lead client engagements through regular meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project deliverables.
