About The Role
As a Component Delivery Manager (CDM) you will support the Senior Component Delivery Manager (Sr CDM) on project lifecycle such as estimation and execution in a way that scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety goals are met, according to the Company Project & Quality Procedures. You will support in managing the project team to meet monthly goals set by Senior Project Manager and Your department.
You will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and be located at Monfalcone (Italy).
The type of role requires a 100% of onsite presence with limited possibility of flexible working arrangements.
Main Responsibilities

- Manage the Project Team, focusing Safety, Quality, Costs and OTD
- Support the SR CDM leading the project team to complete the project. With the support of project team, the CDM; accomplish the strategy identified by the Sr CDM for a profitable execution;
- Control and Management of project costs, risk and opportunities
- Support the Sr CDM on estimations before order acquisition and control the project costs ensuring completion within the assigned budget.
- Monitor and expedite daily/monthly project progress, meeting the project goals set by Sr CDM.
- Monitor contingencies based on assessed Risks & Opportunities prepared together with Sr CDM.
- Support Sr CDM to assess scope changes according to the Company Project Procedures ensuring cost and schedule impacts recognition.
