Swegon Operations

we are looking for a Product Support Specialist . This position, based in the Business Development Department , will support Head of Strategic Product Management , working closely with Product Management Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, monitoring, and updating the selection software, ensuring that it effectively supports commercial processes. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of tools and supporting documentation for the sales network and the Product Management team.
In particular, you will support the team in the following activities:
