Role DescriptionThe Assistant Villa Manager is a full‑time on‑site role based in Griante, supporting the opening of our new Villa. This role assists the Villa Manager with coordinating guest arrivals and departures, overseeing housekeeping and maintenance schedules,



and ensuring that all service standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include guiding and supporting all the villa team members, monitoring villa readiness, handling guest requests and feedback promptly, and maintaining accurate records related to occupancy, inventory, and vendor services. The Assistant Villa Manager also collaborates with the broader Greyheath Hospitality team to implement operational procedures, uphold brand standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of guest experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality or villa/hotel operations, with skills in guest relations, front‑of‑house support, and service coordination.
- Operational skills in scheduling, inventory oversight, and basic administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
- Team leadership capabilities, with experience guiding staff, fostering collaboration, and supporting perform
