What will you do?
The Talent & Content Manager will manage relationships with Italy’s most prominent creators, whom we represent exclusively, driving their growth through a dual-approach strategy: creating and developing new assets (business development) and maximizing their monetization. This person will orchestrate and monetize these assets across a wide range of channels,



coordinating digital branded content (with a strong focus on social media), TV shows, licensing and product developments, and editorial projects. This person will act as the main point of contact between talents, brands, agencies, and internal teams. The role will also oversee project timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution from briefing to reporting, collaborating closely with the sales team to develop integrated brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day relationships with talents, creators and influencers.
- Coordinate talent campaigns from briefing to execution and reporting.
- Support the development of branded content and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact between talents, clients and internal teams.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
