Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Technical Lead for the engineering team
- Coordinate engineering assignments based on project priorities, technical expertise, workload, and resource availability
- Collaborate daily with the PMO to define priorities, optimize resource allocation, and manage project execution
- Monitor technical progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively implement mitigation actions
- Act as the highest-level technical escalation point (L4) for complex networking and security issues
- Lead technical governance meetings
- Lead the technical delivery of complex Cisco and Palo Alto deployment and migration projects
- Perform expert-level troubleshooting in complex multi-vendor enterprise environments
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities for major incidents
- Ensure compliance with customer operational standards, security policies, and change management processes
Required skills
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Network and Security environments, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in Cisco Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Nexus, BGP, OSPF)
- Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPN)
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Experience working in international enterprise environments
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP/CCIE and PCNSE are required
