Ready to spark your growth with us? We are looking for a Digital Campaign/Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. As a Digital Campaign/Performance Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the execution and optimization of digital media campaigns within Flipp’s Private Shopper Network and across external platforms. You will ensure campaigns launch with technical precision, monitor external spend daily to prevent pacing issues, and proactively troubleshoot attribution or tracking discrepancies.
Responsibilities





Campaign Management and Execution

Set up, launch, and manage digital media campaigns across diverse platforms, aligning with business objectives and KPIs.
Proactively monitor live campaigns for performance, accurate implementation, and continuous optimization.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal sales to communicate campaign performance and drive results.
Partner cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Sales, and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution and goal achievement.
Effectively manage and track client budgets to ensure campaigns achieve target outcomes.

Media Planning & Performance Optimization

Create media plans, ensuring flight dates, budgets, and channel allocations are accurately documented.
Monitor campaign performance and pacing to identify risks and opportunities.
Recommend data-driven optimization strategies based on performance trends and established b
