Role Summary and Impact
The Senior Associate, Activation Digital Planning is responsible for the daily end‑to‑end management of standard digital media plans, ensuring they meet specific client objectives within the allocated budget. Working with daily autonomy, this role oversees the implementation, buying,



and ongoing optimization of digital campaigns. The Senior Associate analyzes performance data, recommends tactical adjustments to maximise results, and supports the onboarding of junior team members.

Skills and Experience

- Deliver and execute effective digital media plans based on defined budgets and client objectives.
- Manage day‑to‑day implementation and optimisation of digital campaign activities (planning & buying).
- Deliver competitive reports and autonomously analyse campaign results to identify trends.
- Analyse campaigns and recommend tactical changes to maximise campaign performance, escalating complex issues to the Manager.
- Aware of commercial offers and dynamics of online channels in performance and branding.
- Proficient use of different tools (mainly Adserver and Analytics) to evaluate plan results.
