Job Description O&M; Supervisor 06/02/2026 Job Description:
We are currently looking for O&M; Supervisor to join our M Renewables team in Italy , part of our subsidiary METKA EGN .
Your role will encompass:
Support the O&M; Project Manager/Head in the hiring and selection process of site personnel, including local searches (town halls, local TEE, electricians' unions). Contribute to the optimization of manpower and resource utilization.
Collaborate with the O&M; Project Manager and Control Room Engineers in defining and executing plant handover activities to ensure a smooth transition from EPC to O&M.;
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained, in alignment with the O&M; H&S; Supervisor's guidelines.
Coordinate daily activities and maintain close communication with the O&M; Project Manager and site technicians for operational matters.
Review, report and validate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities performed in the field.
