About The RoleThe role acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the store reflects the highest standards of service, product presentation, hospitality and brand image.
The Store Manager develops relationships with private clients, interior designers and architects, while overseeing daily store operations and team performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Drive store sales and overall business performance across furniture, home accessories, rugs, wallcovering, fabrics and lighting by analysing performance data and implementing improvement strategies.
- Translate HQ objectives into clear goals for the team and monitor individual and store performance.
- Develop relationships with private clients, interior designers, architects and decorators.
- Identify new business opportunities and support local outreach to the A&D; and luxury interiors community.
- Support clients and designers with product selection, materials, finishes, dimensions and customization options.
- Promote cross-selling across furniture, home accessories and decorative categories.
- Provide regular sale
