We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to support governance, standardisation and optimisation of asset management processes across our international portfolio. The role is based in Milan (Martesana) and will work full‑time.
Job Description Summary

As an Asset Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the governance, standardisation and optimisation of asset management processes across our international portfolio. Working closely with country teams and central functions, you will contribute to maximising operational performance at portfolio level, ensuring consistency, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Provide standards for the main administrative and operative processes related to SPV governance and asset management ordinary activities (insurance claims, reporting,



budgeting inputs); ensure implementation of these processes and perform internal audits while managing external ones.
Manage the O&M; strategy implementation at portfolio level, defining and fine‑tuning scope, terms & conditions with the support of Procurement; evaluate performance and OPEX savings.
Manage global framework agreements, including LDs/Premio payments, energy off‑taking reports and related metrics.
Coordinate budgeting process at portfolio level, with regular checks on expenditures and OPEX tracking, in collaboration with Planning & Control department.
Provide guidance to the global asset management team in the use of all company systems and business platforms to ensure full compliance with company policy and procedures.
Interact with Energy Markets to establish a relationship between departments and support implementation of energy dispatching/trading strategy at portfolio level.
