OverviewWe are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Energy team and support a major client in Milano. The candidate will contribute to the team’s activities, primarily coordinating the detailed design of civil works for renewable energy plants (wind, photovoltaic), BESS storage systems, cogeneration plants, combined cycle power plants, and related AT stations.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the detailed civil design of the discipline, establishing design fundamentals and criteria.
- Receive input data from suppliers on plant design for civil works, interact with assigned professionals, and verify their documentation.
- Draft, verify, and issue procurement specifications and technical reports.
- Develop or coordinate the preparation of quantity takeoffs,
both in the setup phase and in the execution design of the plant.
- Coordinate the preparation of technical documentation and subsequent presentation of structural designs to authorities for seismic authorization.
- Ensure compliance with scheduled times and projected costs for the design.
- Maintain contact with PEs from other disciplines, the PE Coordinator/P.M., and the construction site.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in an engineering firm.
- English (B2) and Italian (C1) language proficiency.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards.
- Availability for short trips (2–3 days) nationwide and a valid driver’s license for cars.
- Team‑oriented mindset, multidisciplinary approach, and experience in drafting quantity takeoffs, geotechnical domain, structural calculations, and hydraulic regulation works.
