The team
You will collaborate with Business Analysts to understand customer requirements and tender management processes, with Product and Engineering to support solution delivery, and with

Customer Success and Account teams to ensure a smooth customer experience before, during, and after implementation.

Expect real onboarding, ongoing mentoring, and the opportunity to grow in a role that combines customer engagement, project coordination, business process understanding, and software adoption.
