For our Milan Headquarter offices we are searching for an Finance & Controlling Supervisor, Italy. Within the Planning, Controlling, and Reporting area of finance department. The role focuses on supporting the financial planning and control activities for Sistema Italia 93 S.r.l., the company managing the Mail Boxes Etc. network in Italy, as well as MBE Worldwide S.p.A., the group holding company that manages the Italian operations and oversees international subsidiaries developing the franchise network globally.




The role requires at least 5 years of experience progressively increasing responsibilities within accounting and finance functions, with strong exposure to financial planning, controlling, and reporting activities.
The Finance & Controlling Supervisor will report to the Planning & Controlling Manager Italy.
Compensation€37.000 – € 45.000 gross annual salary + premio + benefits.
Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria aligned with our compensation framework.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare actual monthly reporting of both companies (P&L; and BS), managing accrual booking and reconciliations
- Coordinate Italian accounting team for ensuring correct cost allocation across departments
- Perform monthly Profit & Loss and KPI analyses versus budget and forecast, identifying variances, trends, risks, and opportunities. Ensure Global reporting requirements are timely and accurately implemented into local ERP, so ensure a precise monthly report
