The role – what is it we would like you to do?
Currie & Brown is currently looking for a Project Manager specializing in due diligence.
Your core duties will involve:

- Oversee and manage the due diligence process for all real estate acquisitions, ensuring that all aspects of the analysis are thoroughly examined
- Collect, review,
and evaluate critical documents related to property management, including leases, property condition reports, property documents, environmental assessments, etc.
- Identify and assess potential risks related to real estate transactions, including legal, environmental, and operational risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Ensure deadlines are met and communication is clear and smooth between all parties involved.
- Be the main point of contact between the client and external consultants (surveyors, environmental engineers, surveyors, etc.)
- Prepare complete due diligence reports (technical, administrative, ESG and/or high level) also in coordination with other internal departments, for legal aspects or for the drafting of Capex Plans.
