Job Description
We are currently seeking a General Manager to join our vibrant team at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence

At RHG, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. We value mindset as pivotal: anticipating guest needs, supporting your department, and consistently delivering memorable experiences.

As a General Manager you are responsible for leading and supporting your team on a daily basis and ensure the successful operation of the hotel. You will be the representative person of our RHG brand by delivering memorable moments to our guests and team.

You will:
- Be responsible for the P&L; of the hotel and oversee the daily
