We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer (Junior or Senior)



to help us build from scratch the next generation LEA Reply frontend. This is a product organization: you’ll work on a mission-critical platform used by international clients, with real ownership and long-term impact.

What you’ll do

-
- Frontend Engineering – Design and build composable, maintainable UI applications and shared libraries using React and TypeScript, with strong attention to quality, architecture and developer experience, as this framework will provide core components that will be used to compose complex applications.
- Frontend Platform / Framework – Contribute to the core frontend framework and architecture that powers multiple enterprise applications (design system, shared components, routing patterns, state management, auth, API integration patterns).
- Product Ownership & Impact – Take ownership of features and foundational initiatives from early design through delivery, continuously improving usability, maintainability
