Senior People Business Partner (m/f/d) - InternationalAs Senior People Business Partner, you translate business strategy into people priorities to enable leaders to build high-performing teams in a dynamic international setting. - Lead workforce planning and succession planning with business leaders
- Support employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
- Advise on employee relations and Italian labor law ensuring compliance
- Use HR analytics and business insights to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions
- Act as trusted partner during periods of growth, change and organizational transformation
- Several years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner in an international and matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices across the employee xysqume lifecycle
- Proven experience in leadership coaching, organizational development and change management
- Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders through trust and business insight
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful
