ProductLife Group is looking for a Construction Manager with experience in the pharmacautical sector to join our dynamic engineering team to contribute to the activities performed in the Hub:Role and Responsibilities:Project ManagementConceptual DesignDesign CoordinationBuilding constructionPlanning, coordination and control of all construction activitiesManagement of timelines, costs, and resources efficientlyEnsure quality, safety, and regulatory complianceCoordination of teams, contractors, and stakeholdersMonitoring project progress, risks, and issues resolutionManagement of contracts, procurement, and documentationEducation and Experience:Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial)5+ years of experience in engineering and construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical sectorDesign coordination and project executionBuilding construction, mainly in Civil Works (Preferred)Proven experience in managing construction or works projectsExperience in project planning, scheduling,



and budgetingHands-on experience in site supervision and contractor coordinationExperience in contract administration and procurementKnowledge of national standard for construction site safety (D.Lgs 81/08)Experience working with contractors, consultants, and stakeholdersTrack record of delivering projects on time and within budgetLanguage:Fluent in English xlwpduy and ItalianTechnical Skills:Pharmaceutical Building ConstructionHVAC systems design and validationConstruction project planning and schedulingWork site managementProject managementBudgeting, cost control, and financial reportingKnowledge of construction methods and materialsHealth, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) complianceRisk assessment and problem-solving skillProficiency in project management and reporting toolsNote: Availability to travel is mandatory
