The RoleKey Responsibilities
- Design and manage OpenShift / Kubernetes platformsin enterprise environments
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible (playbooks, roles, automation frameworks)
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelinesand DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)practices (Terraform, Ansible)
- Support and optimize the application lifecycle(build, deploy, monitor,
troubleshoot)
- Execute advanced troubleshootingand performance optimization activities
- Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and operational standards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices and automation strategies
Client Engagement & Consult Approach
- Interact directly with clients in technical discussions and delivery activities
- Understand business and technical requirementsand translate them into solutions
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussionswithin the team
- Support workshops, onboarding, and DevOps adoption initiatives
- Apply a consultative approachto deliver value and improve client environments
Team Collaboration
- Work in cross-functional Agile teams(Dev, Ops, Cloud, Security, Architecture)
- Collaborate on solutioning, delivery, and problem resolution
