Become a key member of our Milan Sales Team while working remotely from Bormio/Livigno. As we expand our presence in Italy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment and success of our team in the Northwest of Italy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and culture of a dynamic and ambitious team. As a key member of the Milan team, you will collaborate with colleagues to drive our mission forward while fostering a motivated and innovative work environment.
Your role in this journey

Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to determine if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your progress against monthly targets.
Conduct regular business trips to focus regions to gain valuable market insights.




Support the onboarding process of new team members and share knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
Help organize events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
Travel to our Milan office for one working week per quarter, with accommodation costs covered by the company, to collaborate closely with your team and participate in trainings and team activities.
Our salary package reflects your background and expertise. For a mid-level Sales Manager based remotely in Alta Valtellina, the typical starting range we offer is an OTE (on-target earnings) of 41.000€ - 48.260€ gross per year. Of this, 70% is typically fixed and 30% variable. Your variable pay rewards results and comes with upside: strong over-achievement can be boosted by a multiplier of up to 1.3x, with potential to earn beyond target up to 350% of your variable target.
