Sector: Hyperscale Data Centres | Mission-Critical ConstructionA leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Engineer to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan.This organisation delivers full turnkey mission-critical facilities across Europe, working with global technology clients on some of the most technically complex construction programmes currently underway. With over 500MW of live projects across multiple countries, this role offers long-term stability,
international project exposure, and strong progression within a quality-led delivery team.As CSA QA/QC Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all Civil, Structural and Architectural works are delivered in full compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.Working closely with the CSA Construction Manager, Project Management, and Quality teams, you will drive inspection activity, manage quality documentation, support subcontractor compliance, and ensure a right-first-time approach across all CSA packages.
Key Responsibilities• Inspect and monitor all CSA works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards
- Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil, structural, and architectural scopes
- Review subcontractor method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and quality submissions
- Carry out regular audit
