* Segreteria societaria (es.

tenuta e aggiornamento dei libri sociali, convocazione Assemblee dei Soci e Consigli di Amministrazione, depositi presso Registro Imprese e Agenzia delle Entrate, estrazione visure e certificati presso CCIAA, supporto agli organi sociali e alla società di revisione);
* Supportare le direzioni commerciali producendo dichiarazioni e certificati richiesti dalla normativa, assicurandone accuratezza e costante aggiornamento;
