The teamYou will collaborate with Business Analysts to understand customer requirements and tender management processes, with Product and Engineering to support solution delivery, and with Customer Success and Account teams to ensure a smooth customer experience before, during,



and after implementation.
Expect real onboarding, ongoing mentoring, and the opportunity to grow in a role that combines customer engagement, project coordination, business process understanding, and software adoption.
You'll work in an environment where AI isn't a buzzword, but part of how we improve workflows, reduce manual work, and help customers make better decisions.
The work you'll do
- Coordinate customer implementation projects from kickoff to rollout, making sure scope, timelines, responsibilities, risks, and next steps are clear
- Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to understand their tender management needs, business objectives, current processes, and adoption priorities
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, customer workshops, solution proposal presentations, and feature demonstrations
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Customer
