code, debug, test, and deliver clean, maintainable softwareBuild reusable components to improve long‐term consistency and scalabilityCollaborate on technical documentation and knowledge sharingWork closely with Italian customers and stakeholdersProvide remote support to international projects and Ascom sites when requiredDevelop integrations with hospital and clinical IT systemsWhat We're Looking ForSolid experience with Microsoft C# and ASP.NET CoreStrong hands‐on experience building and consuming REST and SOAP APIsExperience working with distributed systems and system integrationsUnderstanding of software quality, performance, and maintainability principlesAbility to work across the full development lifecycle (design delivery support)Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross‐functional teamsExperience in healthcare, medical, or highly regulated environments is a plusWhy Join This Te
