Your Role
As a Workforce & Organization Consultant/Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will help clients rethink how work gets done — combining people strategy, organization design, change management and AI‑enabled transformation. Guided by our Workforce & Organization Human Chemistry perspective, you will connect business ambition with people, culture, technology and ways of working, helping organizations turn transformation into real adoption and measurable impact.





You will work in multidisciplinary teams on projects such as operating model design, workforce transformation, HR and people process redesign, employee experience and AI adoption. From analysis and stakeholder engagement to roadmaps and executive deliverables, you will help translate strategy into practical solutions for clients and their people.

Key Responsibilities

- Support workforce and people transformation projects, contributing to initiatives related to people strategy, organizational change, operating model design and employee experience.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of people strategies, ensuring alignment between business priorities, capabilities, organization design and employee value proposition.
- Design and support engagement and change initiatives, including communication campaigns, stakeholder journeys, adoption plans and change impact assessments.
- Contribute to AI‑enabl
