Overview

The ideal candidate has graduated in law, with some experience in banking transactions, structured finance, corporate loans, trade finance, real estate, or M&A;, especially in energy and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in delivering advice to clients
- Work in local and international teams of lawyers
- Conduct legal research and case law studies
- Handle specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance, and general corporate loans
- Advise on shipping and maritime matters
- Advise on development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad
Qualifications & Experience

- Graduated in law
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a third language is a plus
- Passion for client service
- Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, technical, and drafting skills
