About the Role
As a Group Creative Director, you’ll serve as a core strategic partner and creative leader for our Monks team in Milan. You will oversee the creative development of integrated campaigns for top-tier national and international clients, driving innovation across social, digital, and content-driven activations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.
Responsibilities:

- Supervise and direct the creative development of end-to-end campaigns across digital, social media, video, and branded content platforms.
- Lead and mentor Copywriters, Art Directors, and Designers, encouraging creative curiosity while ensuring project continuity and output quality.
- Align with agency leadership to expand commercial opportunities, pitch to C-suite clients, and align high-level creative ambition with client business goals.
- Craft and pitch narrative strategies, brand voice guidelines, and visual language for client presentations and new business pitches.
- Drive our creative "Innovation Roadmap" by embedding advanced generative AI tools (ChatGPT, voice-over engines, scripting tools) into daily creative workflows.
- Work in close alignment with Strategy, Account Management, and Production teams to maintain seamless project execution and quality delivery.
- Oversee creative resourc
