Position Summary

The OT Security and System Architecture Manager - OT Strategy, Resilience and Architecture role is accountable for defining, governing, and continuously improving the OT cybersecurity strategy, resilience framework, and target architecture for the site. The role ensures that OT systems are secure, resilient, compliant, and architecturally sound by design, GMP/GxP compliance, data integrity, and long‑term digital transformation objectives. Acting as the architectural and security authority for OT, the role bridges Automation, OT Operations, IT, Quality, and Global Cybersecurity, translating standards and threat landscapes into practical, risk‑based, and sustainable OT architectures.
This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports).
