The Role
We're looking for a Business Operations Associate to join the COO Office, reporting directly to our COO.




You will help manage the activities that keep Syllotips running and enable the company to scale. Your work will span business operations, finance, recruiting, people processes, contracts, grants, company planning, and internal workflows.
This is a highly hands‐on role. In the same week, you might coordinate candidates and external advisors, check invoices and contracts, prepare an OKR meeting, support a strategic project, or automate a recurring process.
We're looking for someone who combines sharp thinking with strong execution. This is not a purely strategic position: you should be willing to understand processes in detail, run them reliably, and then find smarter ways to improve them.
