Marelli is seeking a Site HR Specialist to join the Lighting HR team at our Tolmezzo (UD) office.

Reporting to the Site HR Manager, you will support HR in managing plant human capital and drive HR initiatives locally.
Responsibilities include recruitment budgeting, onboarding, training program coordination, performance appraisals, employee relations, xysqume and internal communications, with a focus on aligning with Group attributes and company policies.
