We are now looking for an

HR Manager Italy, based at our Gambassi plant , who will act as the local HR lead for both of our Italian sites -

Gambassi and Forlì

while being an active member of the local management teams and our HR team. This role is key to translating global HR strategy into impactful local execution: close to the business, close to people, and close to our operations.

Your Mission
As HR Manager Italy,



you will be responsible for the full HR agenda across our Gambassi and Forlì plants, ensuring alignment between global HR strategies and local business and legal realities.
You will:
Implement the HR strategy in close connection with business priorities and operational needs across both plants
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for local management, supporting leadership effectiveness, organizational change and a high-performance culture
Ensure consistent implementation of global HR policies, adapted to local context and Italian legislation
Lead all local HR processes within the regional HR team:
Recruitment & selection
Talent identification, succession and retention planning
Learning & development support & local training management
Employee relations & social dialogue: oversee employee relations in a production environment, including conflict management, disciplinary processes and local litigations. Lead and support relations with trade unions and RSU/RSA,
