About the RoleAs we expand our international footprint, we are strengthening our project execution capabilities and are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead full-scope EPC projects from development through commissioning and handover. Location: Milan based with frequent travels, globally. Reports to: Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities (excerpt)
- Project Leadership & Accountability: Full P&L; lead from permitting/pre-construction through commissioning/handover; align development/engineering/procurement/construction/commissioning; escalation point.
- Engineering & Technical Oversight:
Coordinate civil/mechanical/electrical/process/control systems; ensure technical coherence; oversee design reviews, risk assessments, value engineering; embed constructability and commissioning readiness.
- Construction & Site Management: Oversee on-site activities; supervise EPC contractors and key subcontractors; monitor progress; manage change orders; resolve critical site issues; meet contractual milestones.
- Commissioning & Handover: Lead strategy/execution; ensure testing/validation/performance verification; manage documentation and client handover; achieve contractual guarantees. xysqume
What We Offer290,000 110,000 gross annual salary (RAL) + performance variable; stock options; travel/site allowances.
