About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you'll be much more than a sales advisor. You'll become a true Flabelus Brand Ambassador,
creating meaningful connections with our customers and bringing our universe to life through exceptional service.
What you'll do
- Welcome every customer with warmth, authenticity and enthusiasm.
- Deliver a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
- Build genuine relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
- Share the story and values behind the Flabelus brand and collections.
- Support daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Advise customers on styles, fits and combinations, helping them find the perfect pair for their needs and personal style.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver operational excellence.
