Identify trends and escalate emerging or complex issues to the global team.
Requirements
French ORSpanish OR Italian:
C1-C2 level (native or near-native).
English:
B2 level or higher.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine sense of empathy.
Proactive and community-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical skil
