Job DescriptionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and sophisticated Senior Group Sales Manager to join our luxury hospitality team. This role is responsible for driving group business across corporate, incentive, social, and leisure segments with a focus on the Americas region, while delivering an exceptional standard of service consistent with our brand values. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a proven ability to navigate the high-end travel and events market, offering personalized, seamless experiences to a discerning clientele.QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, solicit, and secure group business aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning and revenue goals.Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, including event planners, incentive houses, DMCs, luxury travel advisors, and corporate accounts.Craft bespoke proposals that reflect the unique qualities of the property and conduct tailored site inspections with attention to every detail
