The role supports qualification planning and execution, test board definition and debug, data analysis, failure investigation, and final reliability reporting in compliance with ST procedures and customer requirements.Tasks / Responsibilities:Define and manage product reliability qualification plans.Collaborate with design, application, and product engineering teams on test board definition and debug.Coordinate and monitor reliability tests, including internal and external activities.Analyze qualification data, drift trends, and test results.Support failure analysis and root cause reliability reports and qualification status burn-in activities and continuous improvement to automotive quality and reliability compliance.Work Experience Skills Required:Graduate in Electronics or MaterialsExperience: Minimum 2–3 years in semiconductorsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.Knowledge of electronic component
