The role ensures the achievement of project KPIs and full compliance with contractual commitments.YOUR TASKSHold full responsibility for the project from Execution Readiness through to final acceptance and handover to Service.Plan, manage, coordinate, and lead the project team.Ensure safe and successful project delivery in terms of safety, cost, quality,



and scheduleEnsure alignment and coordination across key functions such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational teams.Represent the company towards clients and build strong, positive relationships and ensure customer satisfactionGuarantee compliance with HSE and technical requirements on siteManage the financial performance of the project, monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control.dentify project risks and implement mitigation measures proactivelyHandle claims, disputes, and contractual negotiations and actively manage variations (change orders), invoicing, and cash collection. YOUR PROFILEMinimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind energy sector and/or similar industries/energy sectors; experience with turnkey project
