JOB PURPOSE/ROLEThe candidate will play an active role in the tariff and underwriting deployment, ensuring the competitiveness, optimizing time to market and with special focus both on tools performance and on adaptability of develompents.KEY TASKSImplementation of tariff components into the pricing tool Implementation of underwriting components Scenario Testing analysis to evaluate the impact of different tariffson portfolio performance and to verify the effectiveness of the introduced measuresDevelopment and maintenance of features and products, rating factors and reports based on relevant KPI'sData exploration analysis using internal and external sourcesData collection and preparation for ad hoc analysisCollaboration with other business functionsKEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE1-4 years proven experience in Insurance Company/Consultancy Firms with focus on Data/PricingMaster's degree in Mathematics, Computer Engineer, Physics, Statistics, or Computer ScienceKnowledge in Wills Tower Watson pricing suiteSQL, Python and JavaProficient with OfficeStrong analytical, problem-solving,



and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in team as well as to engage and interact with different stakeholdersTeam spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures.Strong ability to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlinesFluent in Italian and EnglishPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between 35.000 gross and 45.000 gross.Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications, s
