with the support of external advisors.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory external audits and act as a key point of contact for auditors and consultants.Team CoordinationManage and coordinate a team of 4 accountants, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.Monitor workload allocation and ensure timely completion of all accounting activities.Promote and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Treasury, and other internal functions.Support the Finance Manager in responding to ad hoc requests from management and shareholders.Liaise with banks, external consultants, service providers, and auditors.Process ImprovementIdentify and implement efficiencies in accounting and reporting processes.Contribute to finance transformation and automation initiatives where special projects related to acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions, and corporate ed esperienzaDegree
