evaluate and finalize new opportunities within the business development strategy with the objective to support and expand the company overall growth and profitabilityResponsibilitiesAnalyze and support the execution of BD opportunities including:Identify new opportunities (product acquisitions, product co-development, product in/out-licensing and asset acquisition)Coordinate and facilitate the assessment of new opportunities from a scientific and marketing point of viewPrepare product forecasting and modeling, including competitive intelligence, pricing, risk assessment and scenario planningInitiate and coordinate the due diligence process on projectsSupport financial, NPV, due diligence efforts to provide recommendations on viability of products/programsCoordinate the negotiation of transaction agreementsRequirements and skillsDegree in Science or EconomicsSolid project management experienceExperienc
