QUALIFICATIONSMaster’s degree 5+ years of work experience after completing your degreePrevious experience in IB/VC/PE environment with exposure to transactions and/or working in a PE or VC backed company is a plus Investor mindset and experience or strong interest in private equity, real estate and/or venture capitalAbility to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organizationCapability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team projectComfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situationsAbility to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysisFluency in Italian and English is mandatoryWHO YOU'LL WORK WITHDriving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work.
