Leader to work towards consensus and encourage team members to take responsibility for tasks and relationships Strategy and PlanningStrategy Formulation: Develop tender strategies and execution plans aligned with customer expectations and needs, including commercial setup, internal setup, and value proposition.Tender Preparation: Coordinate the preparation of contract and bid documents, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained throughout the process.Team and Stakeholder ManagementTender Team Management: Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and on-schedule task completion. Facilitate collaboration with key stakeholders and oversee the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Resource Planning: Planning the resources required to execute business strategies, including hiring & staffing for opportunities.Stakeholder Management: Align with expert functions (insurance, tax, finance, legal) and ensure their input is integrated into the tender appropriately.
