The Value and Risk Advisory Department operates in the real estate valuation and advisory sector, offering clients professional services characterized by a high degree of specialization for internal purposes (strategic use, verification/monitoring, etc.) and external purposes (financing, financial statements, sale/acquisition, etc.).Our services are directed to institutional and private investors, owners/direct users, developers and promoters, credit and insurance institutions, public entities/foundations and companies,



including those not operating in the real estate sector.Specific responsibilities assigned to the valuer:Conducting site inspectionsDocumentary and market analysis aimed at developing valuation processesDevelopment of the valuation processReport writingActivities will also include contact and exchange with colleagues from other JLL Italy departments or Value and Risk Advisory departments in other countries.Candidate profile - Required qualifications:Degree in Economics and Commerce, Architecture or EngineeringRICS membershipDriver's licenseLanguage skills: excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and writtenIT skills: excellent knowledge of MS Office.
