and props to the highest luxury retail standards.Feedback & Collaboration: Provide qualitative feedback to regional team, and proactively collaborate with Store Management on events, launches, and merchandising guidelines.Team Coaching & Development: Identify, train, and develop Visual Leaders and store teams, setting clear visual expectations and fostering a passion for our products.Business Impact: Leverage visual merchandising to actively contribute to business development and elevate the overall client experience.ProfileWe are seeking a visionary and inspiring leader who possesses a deep passion for luxury visual merchandising and a proven ability to elevate brand presentation.
