align and implement the pricing strategy for acquisitions and customer quotationsLead the cross-functional acquisition team and coordinate all involved stakeholders throughout the acquisition processFor cross-domain acquisitions, lead and coordinate all involved horizontal and vertical domains to ensure a consistent customer approach and successful acquisition executionSelect, define and apply appropriate acquisition tools and methods in alignment with company acquisition processes and standardsIdentify acquisition-specific customer trends and requirements, market activities and competitor information in collaboration with EO and BEGEnsure release of BAR (including bottom-line approval) and all required business approvals in accordance with applicable acquisition processesEnsure implementation of acquisition governance measures and required start-control activities for high-risk acquisitionsCheck quotation-specific terms and conditions and align required deviations from standard Sales Business FramesPrepare NDAs, price indications and customer quotation letters according to
