The new colleague will be conducting audits at the authorized dealer workshop network, also providing the client with all information and data resulting from the audit result in the specific report,



while monitoring the progress of the objectives of the authorized workshops.Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to the audit plan originally agreed upon with the customerRegularly transmit to the customer all requested information on the audits performed Inform the customer in a timely manner of any changes to the agreed upon planPropose improvements to the process/procedure to make it more effective through an action plan shared with the dealerEvaluate the customer's proposals for new audit procedures to be implemented before their acceptanceCollect all data useful for the purpose of the action plan.
