The role partners closely with people leaders, coaching and supporting them to build, maintain a positive Employee Relations environment that enables a high‑performance culture and follow-up on the going transition of some HR activities through our Global Shared Services (GBS).As a member of the European HR Integrated Operations (IO) team and supporting the Site Leadership Team (SLT), the role reports to the HR Director for IO.This is a full-time permanent role based at our Mozzo manufacturing facility, working closely with site leaders and employees. The role is primarily site-based, with the option to work from home 1–2 days per week.Key responsibilitiesOrganisational EffectivenessDrive organisational effectiveness initiatives aligned with business organisational design, workforce planning,



and change programmes.Partner with leaders to enhance team performance and capability.Talent Management & Workforce PlanningLead talent and succession planning to support business growth.Partner with leaders on recruitment, workforce planning, and key hires.Collaborate with Centres of Excellence on learning and leadership development.Employee Relations & Labour LawAct as the main HR contact in Italy for managers and employees.Provide guidance on Italian labour law, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR policies.Manage employee relations cases and ensure legal and policy compliance.Compensation, Benefits & ComplianceSupport compensation reviews and reward decisions.Provide local market insights to inform reward compliance with employment legislation and HR policies.HR Operations & Employee ExperiencePartner with Global Shared Services to deliver effective HR processes.Support onboarding, HR administration, payroll-related matters, and employee lif
